Fastercom is recruiting a Developer — Cybersecurity & IT Admin Management Specialist for a permanent job, in the context of the implementation, optimization and security of information technology systems and infrastructures, the maintenance and security of IT applications such as TMS (Transport Management System) by carrying out several missions such as:

Management and administration of internal IT systems
Implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures
Management and control of user access and permissions
Proactive monitoring of security, incidents, and vulnerabilities
Managing backups, updates, and security patches
Documentation of procedures, security policies, and IT assets
Cybersecurity technology watch and industry best practices

WANTED PROFILE

Degree in computer science, cybersecurity or related field
Limited professional experience (0 to 3 years of experience) in cybersecurity and/or IT administration
Knowledge of operating systems, networks, cloud environments and access management
Notions in system security, data protection, backups, and cybersecurity best practices
Ability to solve problems and communicate effectively
Motivation and a taste for rapid learning to quickly increase skills and responsibility
Available quickly and able to travel to Fastercom's offices in Montreal
Candidate who already has legal authorization to work in Canada
Ambition/Dynamism/Seriousness/Integrity and ethics
Sense of customer service and the pursuit of excellence
